Keipe Creative Studio LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the SponsorLobby mobile application and related services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

By using SponsorLobby, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information: Name, email address, and profile details provided during registration and account setup
  • Profile information: Display name, bio, content tags, gaming genres, and portfolio links (Creators); company name, industry, and website (Brands)
  • Communications: Messages sent through the in-app messaging system
  • Agreement data: Terms, deliverables, payment amounts, and signatures in deal agreements
  • Payment information: Payment details processed through Stripe (we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers); payout method details (e.g., PayPal email) provided by Creators

1.2 Information from Third-Party Platforms

When you connect your social media accounts (YouTube), we collect publicly available profile information and analytics data, including subscriber counts, view counts, and engagement metrics. This data is used to display verified statistics on your profile.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version
  • Usage data: Features accessed, screens viewed, and actions taken within the app
  • Log data: IP address, access times, and error logs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Create and manage your account
  • Facilitate connections between Creators and Brands
  • Process payments and manage creator payouts
  • Display verified analytics on Creator profiles
  • Send in-app notifications about deal updates, messages, and account activity
  • Provide customer support
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against fraud
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the user experience
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 With Other Users

  • Creator profiles are visible to Brands using the platform, including display name, bio, content tags, verified analytics, and portfolio links
  • Brand profiles are visible to Creators, including company name, industry, and campaign details
  • Messages are shared between the sender and recipient
  • Agreement details are shared between the parties to a deal

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Service:

  • Stripe for payment processing (deal payments from Brands)
  • PayPal for creator payouts
  • YouTube API Services for verified analytics (subject to Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy)
  • Cloud hosting providers for data storage and infrastructure

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

3.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.

Deal records and payment transaction data may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit, secure authentication, and access controls.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Account Information

You can view and update your profile information at any time through the app's Edit Profile screen.

6.2 Account Deletion

You can delete your account through the Settings screen in the app. This will remove your profile, personal data, and associated content. Some information may be retained as described in Section 4.

6.3 Connected Accounts

You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time through the Link Accounts screen. Disconnecting will remove the verified analytics from your profile.

6.4 Communications

You can manage your notification preferences within the app. You may not opt out of essential account-related communications (such as payment confirmations and security alerts).

7. Colorado Privacy Rights

As a Colorado-based company, we comply with the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) where applicable. Colorado residents have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we have collected about you
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
  • Delete your personal data
  • Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable format
  • Opt out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising or sale (we do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising)

8. Children's Privacy

SponsorLobby is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a user under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@sponsorlobby.com.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through SponsorLobby.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
