Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to permanently delete your SponsorLobby account and all associated data, you have two options.
Option 1: Delete from the App
Open the SponsorLobby app and follow these steps:
- Go to your Profile tab
- Scroll down to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all data will be permanently removed immediately.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@sponsorlobby.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your user profile (creator or brand)
- All campaigns you've created
- All deal applications and agreements
- All messages and conversations
- Linked platform accounts and analytics data
- Notification history and preferences
- Payment records (Stripe/PayPal connection info)
Note: Completed financial transactions may be retained as required by law for tax and accounting purposes, but all personally identifiable information will be removed.
